Here’s the full 60 minute-plus performance by the Foo Fighters from the Letterman show. Kudos to the Foos for recognizing the Rock-N-Roll Landmark that is The Ed Sullivan Theater by using the Beatles font on Taylor’s kick drum and wearing the classic Beatle suits from their Historic Ed Sullivan Show Appearance in 1964. Grohl gets the pass on mimicking the myth from his various stints as Paul McCartney’s drummer. They tried their hardest to keep those British Invasion style poses for the show but the were eventually overtaken by the urge to Rock. The Foos new album “Wasting Light” is in stores now.
